A highly respected banking firm is seeking an Expense Coordinator. This 6-month ongoing contract is the perfect opportunity to develop with the role. You will be part of a lively team within their London office.
As an Expense Coordinator, you will be working with the Expense Team Leader to support the team.
In this role you will be the first point of contact and will be handling queries and requests from clients.
Your role involves reviewing and approving all expenses, travel requests and invoices.
For this role, you must have excellent organisational skills and be on top of tasks at all times. You must ensure all expense are up to date and are processed in a timely fashion. You will be supporting the Team Leader to train new assistants.
Skills required:

· Ability to prioritise workload
· Computer literate
