Our client, a prestigious investment banking firm, are searching for a Team Assistant to join their team in City London. This firm strives for excellence and is seeking a team member who holds the same values.
As a Team Assistant you will be providing direct support to your line manager and their corresponding teams. In this role you will be performing the tasks of a PA along with assisting the team in general administrative tasks.
From a PA perspective, you will be expected to organise meetings, along with diary and travel management. This includes, keeping on top of schedules and itineraries to ensure the smooth running of the business.
In your role you will also organise training sessions for the team. You will ensure all administrative tasks are covered at all times, including; handling telephone and email correspondence, arranging couriers, filing and ordering supplies.
Skills required:
· Previous experience as a Team Assistant in a blue-chip environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
· Excellent organisational skills
