A global investment firm known for their performance within the industry are seeking a Team Assistant to joint their fast-paced London office. This international firm excels to provide award winning services to their clients across the globe.
 
A Team Assistant is required to support five professionals within the firm. This role requires the successful candidate to liaise with colleagues and clients not only in London, however, also on an international level. Due to the nature of this work you must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable in forming and maintaining professional relationships.
 
A large aspect of the position involves diary management and will require you to coordinate calendars, book in meetings and conference calls between the global offices. If you are a highly organised and have a strong eye for detail then you will be suitable for these tasks. Along with the diary management you will also be responsible for coordinating the travel management of the office and for processing expenses.
 
In this role you will receive training on the firm’s internal database and will be responsible for the documentation of all meetings and updating spreadsheets. Ideally you will be comfortable working both independently and within a team when required. At times you will be working alongside the office’s lead Administrator to perform the general administrative duties along with any ad-hoc duties required.

Skills required:
 
·         Previous administrative experience within a corporate environment
