This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Team Assistant to join a property investment firm in the West End. It is a small office environment with a sociable team that get on really well.
You will joining the Executive Assistant in providing administrative support to the Directors and the wider team. Duties will include diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements and processing expense claims. You will be happy to meet and greet clients and provide office management support. There is great scope within the role to get involved in social media communication and assist with the development of their website. You will also be responsible for coordinating events, such as charity dinners, investor roadshows and company days out.
You will be a proactive problem solver and have the ability to demonstrate initiative. You will have strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Administrative experience is required, ideally in the property sector.
Salary is £25-35k, dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
