A Hedge Fund is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their London team. Located in stunning offices that have the 'wow' factor. Due to how visible this role is within the office and the clients you will be liaising with experience within another boutique financial services environment is essential.

Located in the heart of Mayfair this is a superb opportunity for a Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to clients and takes pride in ensuring that the Reception area is immaculate. You are a true representative for the company you currently work for and are looking to further hone your reception skills.

Duties will include:

• Managing the switchboard, being the first contact for couriers and deliveries
• Meeting and greeting all guests and ensuring that refreshments are organised and all six meetings rooms maintained to a very high standard
• Ensuring the meeting rooms are fit for purpose for each meeting
• Managing the annual leave spreadsheet, updating the visitor's daily spreadsheet and ensuring subscriptions are renewed
• Undertaking ad hoc administration when needed
