This innovative start up company, based in Central London, is looking for an articulate and bubbly individual to start immediately in a customer service position. This customer service role will include managing emails, taking in and outbound calls, researching and any other ad hoc administration. This start up company are regularly looking to create new products, so therefore no day will be the same and there will be a lot you are able to get involved with.

Based in great offices, this customer service role will require someone who is patient on the phone yet presents a happy and positive manner while liaising with customers. It is imperative that this individual can be flexible with working hours, with ability to work some weekends throughout the month and is suited to a team orientated environment. Full training will be given prior to starting.

A second language is a bonus and but not essential! (E.g. Spanish, German, French and Italian)

Skills/Experience desired;

  • Good telephone manner
