Electronic Billing Specialist

We are recruiting for an Electronic Billing Specialist to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis.

As an Electronic Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of electronic billing. Duties will include but are not limited too: implementation of Firm wide ebilling set ups related to rate proposals, timekeeper and rate uploads, opening ebilling matters, diagnosing connectivity and configuration issues, monitoring ebilling status of invoices submitted, liaising with Billing Specialists on ebilling tasks, and updating ebilling sites and login information for vendors.

The successful candidate will be flexible on overtime, have excellent knowledge of VAT and Solicitors Account Rules.

Ideally you will have experience with Electronic Billing and principles of billing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, internal costs, collections, billing rates and client maintenance procedures.
