The perfect candidate should be open to a challenge, being a real right-hand to the foundfer of a luxury fashion consultancy. You will be helping to manage a small team, and ensure the smooth running of the business and office. You should have experience with supporting at a high level, ideally within the fashion industry.
Role: Operations Manager & Team Assistant
Location: Mayfair
Hours: 10-6pm
Holiday: 28 days a year including bank holidays
Salary: £55-60k dependent on experience
This role is a permanent, full time position, but due to business demands you would be self employed which means you would be submitting invoices monthly and managing your own tax returns.
Duties:
Oversee day to day operations of the business - tracking budgets, producing reports, and conducting analysis
Managing and supporting a team
Office management for the office as well as PA duties for the founder.
