Experienced Clinic Manager required for Aesthetics clinic!

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious and growing clinic in the heart of West London! As Clinic Manager you will be responsible for leading the efficient operational delivery of oculoplastic minor surgery and medical aesthetic related consultations, non surgical treatment and surgery. You will manage every aspect of the day to day clinic operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for patients, whilst driving sales and improving staff performance. The successful candidate must know about treatments offered (laser, injectibles, ultherapy, peels, etc)

Essential duties to include but not limited to:

Professionally represent the clinic to the public ensuring a professional and courteous environment.

A sound working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission as the clinic will be registered with the CQC.

To work closely with the founder to ensure regulatory standards are adhered to at all times.

Provide surgical quotes and collect fees, before treatments.

Be commercially aware and used to working to targets and KPIs with experience of managing budgets, and performing administration duties.

Manage a clinic team of personnel that will be a mixture of nurses/aestheticians/ front of house and to maximise performance and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the staff diary.

Develop a culture of high quality patient care.

Assist in successfully rolling out in-house promotions and events and marketing the clinic to the local community and ensuring your team is working to the company's standard operating procedures at all times

Oversee all aspects of the clinic, including financial and administration.

Implement and maintain quality standards for the smooth running of the clinic and to ensure audit, policies, procedures and medical governance standards are met at all times.

Be responsible for the management of all clinic sales.

Develop relationships with existing and new suppliers and ensure adequate stock levels and participate in stock audits (this will include clinical stock and medication).

Drive local marketing initiatives for the clinic and other promotional activities.

Drive the team to meet sales target requirements of the clinic and provide monthly marketing plans in support of this.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ensure that applicable records are complete, accurate, secure and readily available.

Work as a team member within the clinic.

Document work processes as required.

Perform other duties as necessary and assigned

Candidate must be flexible and a problem solver.

Qualifications and Skills

A good knowledge of clinical standards and procedures and experience of working to targets is essential.

Excellent customer service

Ideally, a background in a healthcare patient-facing position.

Delivering 5-star customer service

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Management experience

Self-motivated, willing to learn and not afraid of new challenges

Able to implement and execute protocols as well as procedures set within the clinic

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail

Experience in resolving complaints from staff, clinicians and patients

HR experience with rotas, holiday allocations, appraisals & disciplinary, staff recruitment etc
