Our fabulous Private Equity client in Mayfair is looking for a well-presented, confident and forward thinking Office Manager/Team Assistant. £25-27k DOE + benefits!

You will be joining a a bright, hardworking, close-knit team of 20. They have an amazing culture where creative ideas and personal development are encouraged. The team is collaborative, however, the candidate will also be encouraged to work under their own initiative.

Core hours: 8 - 5pm (some flexibility needed)

Office Manager/Team Assistant Duties:

  • Front of house duties and screening calls
  • Meeting and greeting all guests - offering to take their coats/making teas and coffees
  • Having any meeting rooms prepared in advance, documents printed for attendees, Zoom rooms set up etc.
  • Managing the stationery and kitchen stock; arranging office flowers
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging necessary repairs and office maintenance
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the internal company database and spreadsheets
  • Supporting with CRM maintenance - ensuring contacts are updated
  • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they're observed
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post including ordering couriers
  • Responsible for tech support in the office (with the help of our IT helpdesk)
  • Finance support - Processing expenses/credit cards/BACs payments/reconciling
  • Supporting the other EA's where needed
  • Diary management and travel arrangements for corporate team (not Investment Team)
  • Ordering of monthly team lunches and meeting lunches
