Elite medical and research start up in Mayfair seeks a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join their tight knit and growing team. £30-35k DOE
This is a Team Assistant role to a leading team of scientists, doctors and health professionals. No prior experience in a medical setting required: they are looking for people from different backgrounds who can demonstrate great organisational and administrative skills with a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to adapt and learn.
Role: Team Assistant
Salary: £30,000-35,000
Working hours: 9-5; Occasional work outside of hours
Start date: ASAP
Candidate requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar support role
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to create and implement administrative processes
- Strong IT/MS Office skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure, to deadline, while maintaining composure and be able to multitask and prioritise
- Possess an 'all hands on deck' attitude, understanding that a degree of flexibility may be required
- Strict attention to detail and uncompromising standards around confidentiality
- A willingness to learn and become familiar with medical process and terminology
Team Assistant duties:
- Coordinating the medical team diaries and consultation room availability to schedule client tests and consultations
- Maintaining a highly organised and failsafe filing and admin system
- Transcribing dictation and doctors' notes
- Assisting with filing of supplier invoices and reconciliation of month-end management accounts
- Minuting/note-taking of medical and other inhouse meetings
- Supporting the medical and business teams on preparation of reports and presentations
- Overseeing office and medical supplies inventory
