Our client, a small friendly US law firm, based 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street, have a unique brand new role and are urgently seeking a Helpdesk/First Line IT Technician to be additional cover within their IT department.
The duties will involve all aspects of Helpdesk support to the end users in the London office as well as their international offices but due to the time zones, this role requires a working week of Sunday to Thursday, with Sundays being based in the comfort of your own home and any cover provided remotely. This mean only 4 days attendance in the London office.
