I am looking for an experienced PA who is confident, proactive and can remain focused under pressure to join an established Oil & Gas company. You will support the CEO and Board Members while upholding a professional and approachable disposition. You will have relevant experience within a fast-paced PA role and be able to prioritise a heavy workload while working independently and under pressure.

You will have relevant experience within a fast-paced PA role and be able to prioritise a heavy workload while working independently and under pressure.
Duties:
- First point of contact for all enquiries, handling them in a professional and timely manner at all times
- Diary management for board members and the CEO including preparation of any relevant documentation for meetings and conferences
- Arranging heavy volume travel including visa’s and itineraries
- Assisting with expenses
- Provide informative reports to the senior team
- Ad-hoc event coordination
- Document preparation including letters, presentations and reports
Person Spec:
- Experience within a fast-paced PA role
- Ability to remain confidential
- Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and interact confidently with people at all levels
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to use own initiative and anticipate future duties
