I am looking for a highly self-motivated Law graduate with strong organisational and time management skills that has proven ombudsman experience to work within a trade regulatory body. You will have exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

I am looking for a highly self-motivated Law graduate with strong organisational and time management skills that has proven ombudsman experience to work within a trade regulatory body. You will have exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Conduct proportionate investigations into disputes in order to make informed decisions
- Using your legal knowledge, assess evidence to make final impartial decisions between accredited businesses and consumers based on facts, relevant legislation and TMO Code
- Deal with accredited business/consumer telephone and email enquiries regarding your cases
- Provide case updates
- Ensure we always meet CTSI audit requirements
- Monitor and report on trends and issues arising from complaints
- Regularly present cases to senior management for review
- Support the Senior Ombudsman as required
- Degree in Law
- 2 years’ experience of Alternative dispute resolution provision in a similar role
- Proven legal skills, with solid knowledge of current customer and contract law
- Experience of working in a high-paced environment and communicating clearly at all levels
