Reporting to both the Group Head of Strategy and Senior HR Generalist you gain unique experience in board level support as well as the main pillars of human resources including;

- Complex global travel organization, including flights, accommodation and document pack publication.
- Regular meeting coordination locally and globally across different time zones.
- Support document creation and management across a broad range of formats.
- Manage publication of board strategy packs.
- Support colleagues from the leadership team when they are in London.
- Proven track record in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior global executives.
- Excellent commercial acumen including high levels of integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload using time management and good organisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high focus on collaboration, particularly within a PA network.
- Administration support experience in an investment or finance company ideally supporting 2 stakeholders.
