THE CLIENT:
Successful financial services firm based in beautiful offices close to Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, looking for a capable, hardworking Team Assistant to join the friendly team.
THE ROLE:
Previous administrative or secretarial/PA experience required, ideally within a Team Assistant or Team Secretary role, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage their own workload.

THE CLIENT:
Successful financial services firm based in beautiful offices close to Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, looking for a capable, hardworking Team Assistant to join the friendly team.
THE ROLE:
- Varied Team Assistant role providing admin, PA and secretarial support to a team of 6
- Assist with document and presentation production
- Liaise with clients, organise client meetings
- Update CRM system
- Book travel and accommodation
- Book meetings and organise lunches and refreshments
- General administration including filing and copying
- Answering calls, responding to emails and written correspondence
Previous administrative or secretarial/PA experience required, ideally within a Team Assistant or Team Secretary role, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage their own workload.
