I am lookng for three membership account/case handlers to work for a well konwn representative body in the leisure industry.To be successful you must have extensive experience with members including client services queries on boarding and reporting. You will be producing reports of an investigative nature and be involved in some financial transactions.

Duties
To understand Members and applicants business models and to deal with enquiries from Members and customers.
To assist in the processing of applications in accordance with Articles of Association, Code of Conduct, Financial Criteria and Department procedures for:
To ensure invoices are raised for the fee based applications, to ensure payments are received and banked via the Finance Department.
To work with the Finance Department to maintain data in SAP and to maintain records of our Members in respect of Direct Debits. To support the processes annual subscription renewal.
To liaise with Members to ensure accurate data of membership records on databases and processing any changes to those records. Changes includes branch office closures, resignations, terminations, financial failure, change of legal name, trading names, websites and contact information etc.
To carry out membership checks, for example changes to Member’s ownership and directorships details. To ensure the relevant documentation is provided and carry out Business credit checks and Identity checks.
To be responsible for checking pending documents daily and chasing applicants/members, if necessary, for relevant information.
