£24,000 - £26,500 p/a
8.30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday 

Company: 
You will be working for a fast past managing consultancy in Central London. This role is temporary and has potential to go permanent.

Duties:
  • Managing the switchboard and reception area
  • Help organise catering for events
  • Assisting with stationary office orders for other European offices
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for customers and colleagues
  • Support the Facilities Director 
About you:
  • You must have experience in catering, events, reception or as an office coordinator in a previous role
  • You will be confident serving customers and building relationships with regulars
  • You should have experience being based on reception or front of house
  • You must speak a second European language
