To provide full administrative support for the Professional Practice Team to enable the team to run effectively and efficiently

Please note: This is a Temporary position, for a 4 week period only. 

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support for the team in relation to regular tasks. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Co-ordinating travel and accommodation requirements.
- Credit card reconciliation, invoices and expenses processing and management
- Co-ordinating the weekly priorities list
- Check and maintain links in the practice team online resources.
- To provide administrative support for Practice Team Meetings. This includes arranging dates, booking rooms, producing the agenda and meeting notes.
- To support the Practice Team Administration Manager in the delivery of the public affairs campaign.
- To support the Practice Administrator in the delivery of networking events.
- To provide administrative cover for the Professional Enquiry Service.
- General adhoc duties.
- Identify priorities and manage workload to meet deadlines on a day to day basis.
- Deal with a variety of enquiries from members and staff, responding in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Produce documents, presentations and other resources as required by the team ensuring that house style is followed and that materials are of a professional standard.
- Attend internal staff meetings as required.
- Ensure that all personnel policies and procedures are complied with.
- Bring to the attention of the Facilities Administrator Officer Manager, at the earliest opportunity, any actual or potential health and safety issues to allow remedial action to be taken.
- Identify appropriate training and development needs, attending relevant internal and external training that enable the effectiveness of this role.
- To comply with the annual appraisal programme.
