A well-established, high end property developer are looking for an IT First Line Support to assist their busy team based in the heart of Central London. This role would suit a candidate who has gained a minimum of 6 months experience providing IT support with excellent customer service experience as you would be dealing with people at all levels of the business.

DUTIES:
- To log all telephone calls on the Helpdesk system and assist users in solving IT related problems.
- To allocate calls to the appropriate team.
- To liaise with users to ensure calls are resolved to their satisfaction and close resolved calls.
- To review and release quarantine emails as appropriate.
- Co-ordinate initial users’ access to the network system.
- Perform administration tasks relating to new users, requests for hardware/software, running routine reports from various systems etc.
- To produce and maintain departmental procedures.
- To occasionally assist on site second line support staff.
- Provide general administrative support to Group IT Administrator.
- IT background with 12 months’ experience of the main desktop applications.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Diplomatic and tactful with a keen sense of urgency, coupled with excellent communication skills.
