I am looking for a corporate candidate to work for a high-end representative body in Central London. This role's purpose is to provide efficient and effective internal systems to the organization to support the management of corporate risks and the assurance framework.

Duties:
-Control risks - Through business partnering support the senior management team and heads of teams to compile and maintain the corporate risk
-Draft and present quartely risk-report for governance, risk and audit committee to ensure appropriate measures are planned and implemented to mitigating identified risks
-Contribute to the preparation of the consolidated risk report
-Thorough management of the corporate risk, and in supporting the performance monitoring functions, other information, advice, and guidance to colleagues regarding contracting procedure to ensure compliance with financial and decision-making delegations, contract register is maintained, and contracts are renewed as required, invitations to tender, meet best practice and value for money requirements. 
-Monitor compliance with centrally held service level agreements
-Support and provide cover for the business performance and finance officer as required
-Manage service complaints inbox, ensuring that service complaints are forwarded to the correct investigating officer and followed up within agreed timescales
-Act as a source of advice and guidance
-Develop, implement and maintain efficient support systems
-Provide technical support on projects and programmes of work
-Any other duties as required commensurate with a post at this level

Person:
Education - Degree or equivalent qualifications 

Experience - Significant experience of working in a corporate business support team, substantial experience of working with corporate risk management tools, the sound experience of organizational assurance tools, for example, the four lines of defense model. Demonstratable experience of working with internal auditors, significant experience of drafting reports, and summarising management information for consideration by senior leaders

Knowledge - Good IT skills including thorough knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and powerpoint presentations, good analytical and problem-solving skills to source and interpret information and data, able to collate, summarise and present complex information from a variety of sources and to a range of audiences

Personal attributes - Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to deal with conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines, excellent verbal skills, and written communication skills, presenting complex information clearly, able to attend evening board and committee meetings as required, able to build effective working relationships and gain confidence at all levels.
