THE COMPANY:
A forward thinking internet provider are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to join their successful team.


THE ROLE:

  • Ensure managers are trained and empowered to communicate, implement and monitor completion of objectives
  • Devise and implement initiatives to foster company culture and values
  • Understand, advise on and drive implementation of required change initiatives
  • Devise and implement initiatives to support area in meeting strategic objectives
  • Monitor progress and the impact of People projects on improving performance in the area
  • Ensure communication, training and other People related programmes are high quality, timely, and well received
  • Provide the area’s people with multiple channels for communication and feedback
  • Addressing any performance issues as they arise
  • Upskill and empower people managers to improve the performance and experience of their people
  • Plan, develop and implement localised initiatives across L&D, Performance Management, Succession Planning, On-boarding and induction, H&S, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Recognition
 
THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Good knowledge and application of UK employment law, regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels of seniority
  • Evidence of tracking and improving service performance in a face-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to map process, identify transformation opportunities and deliver change
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of credibility, integrity, resilience and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
