This global firm advise digital businesses (creative, gaming, advertising and media) on growth and strategy. They are seeking a graduate Personal Assistant to support the Practice Lead. A very busy role in a fast paced, commercial environment.

This role will support with traditional diary, meeting and international travel and will also have a strategic part to play in driving the business forward, planning a variety of events and networking activities for your Director. You will be a central contact for the practice and have lots of contact with clients and stakeholders.

This role requires candidates to balance being that hub of communication and administering complex processes with many moving parts. These processes incorporate presentations, reports, scheduling and logistics.

We are looking for graduate calibre candidate with at least 3 years supporting as a PA  within a busy and dynamic business.
