My client is a leading tech business based in Central London. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help them with the ongoing development of a new product. The responsibilities of the role include to:

 

  • Respond promptly to all incoming customer requests using the customer support software and helpdesk solution
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Accurately identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource, escalating urgent issues in a timely fashion
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests
  • Work with the Brand Manager to ensure responses stick to the brand identity, and create new responses where appropriate
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers, and share findings with internal stakeholders
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
