West End - office based
£30,000-40,000 + exc benefits and bonus
Our client is a mid-sized investment firm with around 150 employees in stunning offices near Piccadilly Circus. They require a polished but friendly Receptionist/ Front of house to own the reception area, which is at the hub of the business.
Alongside meeting and greeting a variety of high-profile visitors, you will help the Team assistants with overflow admin, deal with lots of couriers and ensure that the kitchen is well supplied and kept to a high standard.
This is a busy role within a supportive culture where you will work with a wide range of nationalities, therefore strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience or will be able to demonstrate strong customer services in a client -driven environment. Superb career opportunities in time towards team assistant roles.
