Investor Relations & Product Development, Associate

Salary - £50,000-60,000 p.

14 month contract

London, Mayfair office

Mon- Fri (08:30- 18:00, or as required)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the efforts of the Director of International Product Development & Investor Relations and additionally undertakes various IR&PD tasks in support of the global team:

Supporting the efforts of the Director of International Product Development & Investor Relations:

  • The regular maintenance and tracking of investor communications using our Client Relationship Management system, including updating meeting/call notes or contact management.
  • Assisting with occasional marketing, prospect identification, tracking and outreach.
  • Tracking and filing of certain regulatory requirements for specific markets - Japan reverse solicitation letters; Swiss declaration forms; Canadian permitted client tracking etc.
  • Proactively planning and scheduling meetings, including internal room bookings, preparation of materials (e. monthly risk slides), checking attendee participation, dial in details and AV support.
  • Diary management coupled with extensive travel management - facilitating travel and conference planning with strong attention given to detailed itineraries.
  • Handling corporate expense claims - including receipt management, statement filing and working with the Concur expense system.

IR&PD tasks:

  • Production of monthly investor and marketing materials, including:
    • Fund presentations
    • Drafting certain sections of quarterly letters - such as graphs, tables, performance etc.
    • Investor specific reports, ensuring necessary compliance with internal procedures where required and distribution of client requested materials; ad-hoc customized reports (e. weekly performance; AUM for certain fund due diligence requests as required).
  • Completion of certain investor Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • Participation on DD meetings on an adhoc basis.
  • Peer data analysis and ad hoc research on request.
  • Occasional participation in client meetings, conference calls.
  • Co-ordination and participation on various industry conferences and events, including material preparation and fund profile completion (MS Matrix; iConnections etc.).
  • ESG focused projects - participation in ESG working group conversations where required; ESG DDQ completion; ESG research etc.
  • Assisting with the monitoring of Investor Mailbox and responding to requests as appropriate (e. audit confirms).
  • Occasional production and management of client events and webinars, liaising with third party vendors; coordinating invites and tracking RSVPs.
  • Such other duties as the IR&PD team may from to time specify.

Other:

  • Effective internal relationship management- including liaison with senior management, portfolio managers, legal teams and administrators.
  • Acting as an additional point of contact for external investors/ clients and responsible for responding where required.
  • Such other duties as the Company or its representatives may from to time specify.
