A leading energy supplier are urgently seeking an experienced Utilities Coordinator to manage disconnections from acceptance to completion. This is a temporary role until May 2021 visits will be needed so full drivers licence required for the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing disconnections from acceptance to completion
  • Contacting customers to confirm they have received work packs
  • Arranging site visits with customers to understand the works to be undertaken (if not electrically competent to request and accompany existing team managers)
  • Following internal service level agreements and meter operator guidance
  • Organising the required resources, programming through the scheduling team, applying for relevant permits and completing the associated tracker
  • Ensuring all works are completed and updated onto the relevant work system
  • Carrying out close out conversations with customers as necessary to achieve high customer score

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy sector is essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders both internal and external
  • A current UK driving license
  • IT literate
  • Electrical qualifications would be desirable
