A leading energy supplier are urgently seeking an experienced Utilities Coordinator to manage disconnections from acceptance to completion. This is a temporary role until May 2021 visits will be needed so full drivers licence required for the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing disconnections from acceptance to completion
- Contacting customers to confirm they have received work packs
- Arranging site visits with customers to understand the works to be undertaken (if not electrically competent to request and accompany existing team managers)
- Following internal service level agreements and meter operator guidance
- Organising the required resources, programming through the scheduling team, applying for relevant permits and completing the associated tracker
- Ensuring all works are completed and updated onto the relevant work system
- Carrying out close out conversations with customers as necessary to achieve high customer score
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy sector is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders both internal and external
- A current UK driving license
- IT literate
- Electrical qualifications would be desirable
