Receptionist at a leading London advertising agency!

21 - 23k dependent on experience

Opportunity to join the front of house team at a top creative advertising agency in the west end. Working in a team of three, as the first point of contact for clients, this is an extremely important role for the company!

 Duties: 

• Meet and greet all clients and visitors, making them feel welcome, and informing relevant people of their arrival
• Answering calls to the switchboard in a polite and friendly manner
• registering all arriving clients for security
• Keeping a track on guest - knowing who they are waiting for and which meeting room they will be going to 
• keeping the reception area perfect
• Keeping meeting rooms clean and setting up for meetings
• Taking bookings for meetings 
• Help clients with information
• Updating staff info and telephone lists
• Ad hoc admin
• Provide excellent standards of client service.

Skills needed

• 5* service skills
• Being well presented and groomed 
• Having energy and enthusiasm as well as being polite and diplomatic
• Customer and client focused
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable
