PA to Partners - Ad Agency

PA to the Partners at this thriving creative ad agency based in W1. 

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work at a creative ad agency. Looking for a professional senior-level PA with lots of common sense and initiative. 

As PA to the Partners you will be totally involved in diary management, travel, as well as dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels. Also overseeing the smooth running of the fun but professional office - with the help of the Office Coordinator. The role will also include helping to organise the agencies events.  

You will need previous traditional PA experience (ideally 5+ years) with good IT skills. You should be excellent at all verbal and written work as well as naturally good at client liaison.
