We are working with a brilliant advertising agency to find an energetic and passionate office manager, who is used to and loves working in a pressurised environment, requiring pro-activity, initiative and strategic thinking. 

You'll need to enjoy the challenge of problem solving, and gain satisfaction from working with a close knit team of four who work hard together to keep the company running like a finely tuned machine!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks to promote the smooth running of the office
  • Acting as emergency weekend and out of hours contact
  • Daily checking around all office areas - noting and logging housekeeping and maintenance issues
  • Making sure all supplies are ordered and monitored and that all meeting rooms and client areas are in good order and furniture working and presentable
  • Manning the emails re office issues
  • Managing external suppliers (Cleaners, security, fire extinguishers, water coolers, mobile phones, coffee machines etc) 
  • Maintain staff list 
  • Manage starter and leave process with HR, IT etc
  • Manage floor plans
  • New staff building inductions
  • Office moves 
  • Management of fire safety and first aid

 

4 year plus experience is required for this position at a company with 400+ employees - preferable within a media company.
