Brilliant HR Manager role for a very high profile advertising agency in Central London
This advertising agency is a wonderful place to work with a fun atmosphere where the team work hard and love being a part of a creative company.
Whilst previous ad agency experience is not necessary, you will need to understand working within a creative atmosphere and with creative people.
This role is reporting into the Head of HR within a small team of 4.
Job Duties:
- Liaising with Senior Management on all HR/People issues and advising accordingly
- Leading HR projects
- Training of managers and employees on systems
- Assisting Head of HR with reporting
- Monthly reporting to senior management
- Management of investigations/disciplinaries
- Advising on performance management and reviews
- Keeping the management team up to date on new policies and procedures
- General HR Manager related duties
Skills and Attributes
- A love of working within the creative sector as an HR Manager
- Personable, approachable and discreet
- Generalist HR experience
- Experience with HR systems
- Advanced Excel essential
- Experience of TUPE, redundancies and restructure
- Experience with Senior Management
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
