This market leading global Executive Search firm in London are looking for a team assistant who has a desire to learn, progress and challenge themselves.  The role is a dual role consisting of being a team assistant to a team of Partners in the firm whilst also being a researcher and working on mandates/projects within the financial services industry.  The role will suit a 1st or 2nd jobber who is possibly looking for a new career or maybe someone with recruitment experience who wants to move into a global and market leading firm at an incredibly exciting time of growth.  The successful candidate will be driven, have exceptional attention to detail, a hard working attitude and the desire to develop themselves.  The team are down to earth, incredibly fun and supportive and excellent at what they.  The role will start remotely with the aim to move back into offices later in the year and there will be full training for someone without Executive Search experience.  A strong academic background is required, excellent MS Office skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and outstanding communication and organisational skills.

The role involves but is not limited to:

  • Multiple diary management for Partners and Consultants
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews internally and for clients
  • Conducting research into a variety of different financial markets (full training will be given).
  • Mapping candidate markets and identifying the appropriate candidates
  • Continually developing an understanding and knowledge of the competitive landscape and keeping up to date with the markets in general
  • Sourcing new candidates through research and networking
  • Compiling and formatting complex reports
  • Formatting CVs
  • Keeping all relevant information up to date and accurate on the company database
  • Supporting the other PAs in the office with general office administration
