This market leading executive search firm in the city is looking for a driven, bright and polished team assistant to support one of the leading teams in the firm. The role is to support a busy team who are very inclusive, approachable, fun, driven!
Each day will be different but tasks will include.
- Scheduling meetings between clients and candidates
- Maintaining interview momentum
- Assisting and co-managing diaries for senior members of the team
- Effective project liaison point and communication hub
- Producing and formatting reports
- Arranging client lunches and dinners
- Processing expenses
- Compiling PowerPoint documents for client presentations
- Fielding telephone calls, accurate message taking
- Ad hoc project work
The successful candidate will be focused and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency; have excellent verbal and written skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, be a team player, have good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of database operations), excellent people skills and the ability to interact with a variety of candidates and clients at all levels.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 year’s experience within a fast paced environment, dealing with a high volume of work and in a team environment with good diary management skills. This is a fabulous role for an efficient team assistant looking to be part of a wonderful team.
