Fantastic international law firm housed in stunning offices is looking for a an Interim Head of Client Service and Insight to join the London team on an initial 9 month fixed term contract.  The role will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of the client development strategy, and act as a strategic advisor on all aspects of client development and relationship management.  Duties will include overseeing and improving the firm’s client listening programme, evolving and promoting the suite of client service tools, providing day-to-day management and guidance to the international Client Service and Insight team, managing and monitoring the development of 3 direct reports, ensuring communication regarding any client development strategies and successes, planning and executing client-related elements of the annual Partners’ Retreat, developing and delivering training sessions and workshops on client development skills to internal personnel and any other duties when required.  Candidates should have a proven track record in the development and implementation of client feedback and client relationship management, experience of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and be able to liaise effectively with personnel across all levels of seniority.  Applicants should have worked in a professional services environment previously, with law firm experience being extremely advantageous.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility.
