Legal Finance PA at Top US Law Firm in the City to £42,000

Leading US law firm based in the City is looking to hire a new PA to work in their Finance Team, particularly Leveraged Finance supporting two Partners and, less so, three Associates. on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements, organising and prioritising telephone calls, producing, creating and amending documents across all MS Office software and assist with billing and filing/e-filing.  The successful candidate should be capable of building an understanding of the nature of their Partners’ work, as well as establishing relationships with clients and personnel across the firm.  Candidates should be proactive, confident in their abilities and should be able to manage their time efficiently.  Previous Legal Finance/Corporate PA experience is required, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills.
