Fast growing international law firm based in stunning City offices, is looking to recruit a new HR Manager to join the wider global HR team, providing generalist HR support and advice to the London office.  Responsibilities will include the management of the end-to-end recruitment process, assisting partners with identifying and recommending staffing requirements, hosting interviews, managing all Employee Relations such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and coaching senior members of management, providing guidance on Learning & Development initiatives, working with external providers to source competitive benefits and liaising with them regularly, advising and supporting employees on company benefits, benchmarking salary and benefits across the legal sector, assisting with the pay review process, implementing new HR policies and procedures, handling any project work which may arise both in London and globally, and any other duties which may arise.  Candidates should be CIPD qualified, have worked within a law firm in HR, in a Managerial capacity and have a good working knowledge of UK Employment Law.  Applicants should also be highly organised with excellent time management skills and have the ability to think ahead, prioritise their workload, respond to changing circumstances and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
