Web Developer at Prestigious London Law Firm, to £50,000 plus £3,000 on-call allowance

A leading London law firm is looking to hire a new Web Developer on a permanent basis, working on ongoing and new web projects from start to finish and ensuring timely completion.  Responsibilities will include fixing bugs and troubleshooting issues in both the code and with internal users, building reliable server-side web applications and back-end systems, writing highly optimised Database queries using relational databases, writing clean and maintainable performant codes with accompanying unit tests where possible, liaising with internal users where necessary to help with technical issues and any other ad hoc duties when required.  Candidates should have a strong understanding of databases including C#, Web API, CSS, Entity Framework and Angular, along with experience of working with .NET framework and APIs.  Applicants will take full ownership of projects from start to finish, so you will need to be comfortable with this and confident presenting to Partners and other members of the firm.  Standard house are 9.15am to 5.15pm, with some on-call out of hours support on a rota basis.
