Corporate/Restructuring Paralegal at top US Law Firm £28-34,000

A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Paralegal to join the firm in their ever-busy and demanding Restructuring group, providing direct support to the attorneys by assisting them with transactional and advisory legal work.  This will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking paid overtime.  This firm is looking for candidates who have previously worked at a high level within Corporate or Corporate Restructuring as the successful candidate will be supporting busy Partners who will want you to hit the ground running.  Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 1-2 years, preferably from within a top-tier City law firm within a corporate or company/commercial or restructuring department.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.
