A leading, luxury design agency is looking for a fantastic hands-on PA/Operations Assistant to support their Founder and Head of Ops.
This greatly respected, bespoke company are looking for someone with a great attitude to join their highly successful, supportive, and collaborative team.
In this unique hybrid role, your duties will involve providing business and personal support to the Founder such as extensive diary and inbox management, gatekeeping, organising personal appointments and running errands as well as being responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office and various operations and HR responsibilities. This is a newly created role with great scope for growth and progression.
You need to be a charming and positive ‘yes’ person, who loves to muck-in and has fantastic communication skills as you will regularly liaising with UHNW clients and individuals. They are looking for a real team player who is flexible, extremely well-presented, confident, and forward thinking.
Ideally, they are looking for someone with PA/Operations experience, a luxury background would be a bonus but not essential.
