Customer Services - Luxury Brand/Beauty

My client is a very prestigious private medical clinic, well known for its high standards and UHNW and VIP patients, very well regarded in the medical world. I am looking for a junior Administrator/Office Assistant to meet and greet their high profile patients and to take on general admin., drafting letters, taking phone calls, updating records, being the first point of contact between patient and doctor.

You don’t need to have worked in a medical environment but some customer services experience in a luxury brand or top beauty brand is a plus along with admin experience in an office environment. I am looking for a candidate who is polished, very well presented, has excellent people skills, professional and warm, not fazed by celebrities and well know individuals, who can be the ambassador for the clinic, charming and efficient. Keen attention to detail is essential.
