Property Management Administrator

Baker Street, London

 

We’re looking for an efficient, self-motivated, organised Administrator to support our Investment Lettings and Management department.

It’ll be your responsibility to ensure all department invoices and payments are up to date and regularly chased; you’ll arrange inventory appointments, chase and forward reports, attend and assist with property appointments, send maintenance summaries to Property Managers, arrange regular service agreement works, maintain a record of deposit returns and keep on top of any Council Tax and Utility issues.

 

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

  • A cheerful individual with a good sense of humour and excellent attention to detail.
  • You’ll have 2 years+ experience within a similar administrative role and experience with Word, Aspasia, Working Life, Mail Merge, Excel, PowerPoint and XP.
  • A polite, helpful and confident manner is important as you’ll be speaking to clients and contractors across all levels of seniority.
