Secretary - Hotel Valuations

Our Hotel Valuations are looking for a Secretary to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and busy team. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactive diary management, organisation of internal / external meetings, viewings and conference calls, travel arrangements for valuation team, including UK and overseas, plus preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs where necessary and assisting with all the teams instructions. 
  • You will be assisting with arranging the team’s small and larger client and internal events as well as maintaining all the teams contacts on our in-house system. 
  • This role will also involve ensuring that the teams Valuation WIP and fee quote analysis is maintained. 

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills as well as being highly organised and having great attention to detail
  • You will be a personable individual who works well as part of the team and also individually and is always willing to assist the team
  • You will have 2+ years in a similar secretarial role and working with various people
