Our Notting Hill office is looking to recruit a Sales Secretary to assist in all aspects of promoting the image of the office.

 

Job Description

Within this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reception, managing the marketing, branding and PR for the office, business generation activities and database management.
  • You’ll liaise with regional press for advertising as well as managing the office advertising schedule and ensure all materials supplied meet corporate branding and meet deadlines.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing social media sites, updating office web pages monthly and preparing marketing materials on the Knight Frank marketing systems which includes reverse canvasing and mail shot campaigns.
  • In addition to these duties you will also provide secretarial and admin support to a Partner and two negotiators.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for:

  • A customer orientated and highly organised individual with at least 3+ years’ experience in a similar receptionist and secretarial role as well as an interest in marketing.
  • You’ll be a pro-active and personable individual, with good attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role.
  • You’ ll have an excellent level of written English and grammar to assist with proof reading documentation.
  • The ability to work well alone and also with a team is essential, as well as being able to communicate with others at all levels in polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone.
  • You’ll be a great team player as well being able to work as an individual on occasion.
