Wapping

Our Wapping office is looking for a competent Administrator to join their busy and successful team. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the Wapping Lettings team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department and providing an effective PA service to the Regional Partner.

Your duties will include:

• Organising all marketing collateral for the Wapping office, assisting the lettings team will all administrative duties like invoicing, instruction letters and mail merges for quarterly lettings reviews, diary management for the Regional Partner and answering any queries in a polite and well mannered way.

You will have:

• A proven track record in an Administrative role and will have brilliant attention to detail.
• This role will entail you to have a good understanding for the Microsoft package and be competent in using Mail Merge.
• You will be a self-motivated and organised individual, who has a keen interest in the property industry and supporting a team of busy, hard working fee-earners in achieving office targets.
