Job Summary

Based in our Richmond office, we are looking to recruit a Lettings administrator who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the team.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department and providing an effective PA service to the department head.
  • Main duties include preparing advertisements and general marketing; producing lettings lists; updating property details; maintaining records and producing reports.
  • You will also be involved in organising launches, general administration and document management for the team.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar secretarial role, with a proven background in reception and administration, and an interest in property.
  • The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
  • You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
