My Client an Executive Search & Selection firm that work within the Financial Services Sector is looking to recruit a Team Assistant to join their successful and vibrant city based team. Working closely with the consultants and management team your duties will include but not be limited to;
Consultant Support:
- Organising interviews and booking telephone/video conferences
- Creating interview confirmation letters
- Arranging and re-scheduling consultant interviews
- Organising travel arrangements including booking of international flights and hotel accommodation
- Collating proposal, longlist and shortlist information
General Office Administration:
- Meeting and greeting candidates and clients and offering coffee, tea or water upon arrival
- Processing staff expenses
- General reception duties, including switchboard duties
- Processing new starters including desk/system set-up, ordering of business cards etc
- Printing and binding
- Ordering stationary and wider office supplies
- General office maintenance
- Producing daily call logs
- Liaising with building management
Database Administration:
- Formatting CVs and loading these onto the recruitment database, Profile
- Formatting Long List and Short List data for consultants ahead of their presentations to clients
- Creating new candidate and client records and updating existing records in Profile
- Importing candidate long list information onto the Profile database
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experiences;
- Previous administrative experience in the recruitment industry essential
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills, with previous experience of Profile an advantage
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Degree education preferred
- Polished appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under tight time constraints
