PA to Business Development Director - City

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join this leading Wealth Management Firm to support their Business Development Director.

Established over 50 years, this Independent Wealth Management firm provides a comprehensive financial planning and investment management service to high-net worth individuals, charities and trusts. Working within this super friendly and stylish office that cultivates good values and behaviours whilst always providing an excellent service to the their clients, you will support the Business Development Director with of all his day to day PA needs, this will include;

• Diary and meeting management
• Assisting with the preparation of advice on investments, pension planning, inheritance tax and estate planning meetings
• Supporting with marketing and business development initiatives
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, prospects and colleagues in the Director’s absence, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner

The ideal person must have previous PA experience supporting at Director level along with high values and excellent customer service. You will enjoy building relationships with clients and have a proven track record of delivering a high standard of work in a timely manner.
