You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio of hundreds of properties throughout London so fantastic organisation and time management skills are a must! You will also be accountable for any maintenance issues that may arise, which will require you to liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors on a daily basis so excellent communication and customer service skills are vital! Other duties will also include, general ad hoc tasks such as property visits, logging of invoices and responding to any queries and complaints!
