One of our clients, a high end restaurant and hotel based in Central London, are seeking an Executive Assistant to join them to support the Executive Director and Executive Team. 

Duties will include:

• Providing administrative support for the Executive Director
• Preparing communications, presentations and other documents as requested
• Coordinating an ever-changing diary
• Completing expenses claims
• Assisting with competitor analysis and research projects
• Arranging and booking travel and accommodation

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working within a hotel as well as secretarial and administrative support. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive and self-sufficient and understand the need for confidentiality.
