One of our clients, an interiors company based in SW London, are seeking an Assistant Customer Care Manager to join their fun, close-knit team.
Duties will include:
• Directing, inspiring and motivating the Customer Care Team
• Ensuring the highest level of service is being offered
• Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
• Investigating trends in customer feedback and satisfaction
• Supporting with recruitment, onboarding and training
The ideal candidate for this role will have leadership experience within a customer facing team. You must be experienced with managing serious complaints and complex queries along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
